Receiving an huge opportunity to review some food in a well-known Japanese restaurant “AJISEN”, I am extremely surprised with the tastes of various Japanese foods. To be honest, I really want to try those kinds of Japanese foods in a real atmosphere at Japan. Stepping my first step into AJISEN, I was shocked with their environment and service. “Irasshaimase” is a word that you always hear when you enter any Japanese restaurant; it means in English “Welcome”. The greeting way of staffs and the decoration of the restaurant can bring me to a real atmosphere of Japanese. Furthermore, their service is indescribable; their stuffs are very friendly and respectable. When I was getting in the room, I saw everything in Japanese designs such as – tables ,chairs, spoons, cups, and chopsticks.
The stuffs are awesome
Let’s enjoy with this incredible taste together…
After the all the foods were brought to our table, we pulled out our phone to take pictures of the food. We took only 5 minutes to take the pictures of the food because we cannot stop our mouths from eating those foods. There were 5 people with pile of Japanese foods on the table; we can say that “that day is our day”.
The taste and the smell are unbelievable
The first food I want to describe is Salad. It is the mixture of vegetable with fish egg on the top. Note! I really hate vegetable; my parents always force me to eat that but I cannot put it in my mouth. Since this Salad looks really delicious, I decided to try it. OMG!!! The taste is completely awesome. Finally, I can become a vegetarian for a day.
Fish eggs on the top is already cool
Fried chickens!!! Sound simple. I’m totally shocked with the taste. It is very easy to eat and bite. What a taste is that? I cannot describe this; you should come and taste it by yourself. Yummy Yummy!!!
That smell!!!
Here is another Japanese food set called “Pizza Rice”. It looks like a pizza. On the top of the rice have tomatoes, pork, cheese, soy source, and some other ingredient. This can be the strangest food I’ve ever eaten.

Japanese Kyoza is very awesome. If you just take a look at it, it may look like a Chinese food which is called “Kiev”. Actually, the taste of it is definitely different from Kiev. When I took this Japanese Kyoza a bite, I can feel the outstanding taste of the ingredients inside the Kyoza. The outside look of it made me crazy with it.
Japanese Kyoza steal my heart
I believe that you cannot stop yourself from going to AJISEN when seeing this picture. Its name is Paiku Ramen. It looks like a big bowl of noodle but a big bowl of noodle with a Japanese taste. I love the 50percent cooking egg; it makes this food set more delicious. Additionally, it’s not only has best taste but good for our health. It has collagen which can help our skin to look younger. Now, I know the reason why Japanese look younger and can live longer than Cambodian. I may look younger than now if I know AJISEN earlier.

After finishing all the meal on the table, I tried a drink call “Lemon Soda”. This drink is a very suitable drink to drink after eating those cuisines. The taste is very nice. It can cool down my body after I ate some hot food.

Last but not least, I don’t want to get out of the room because the atmosphere of the room was completely attracting my mind. Getting out of this Japanese restaurant, I heard another sentence from the stuff “See you again” which was said in Japanese. Having some Japanese food in Ajisen was one of the best lunches in my life. I cannot wait to come here again with my family.
If you want the great Japanese food in Phnom Penh, I highly recommend you to come to AJISEN Ramen Cambodia…..
